Whisper Domestic Shorthair Young Female in Birch Island, Maine

My story
I am a one-year-old female with a gorgeous orange tiger pattern coat. I am rather shy, and would benefit from a calm, quiet, consistent home environment to build trust with people. I have been warming to staff at the shelter, but in my last home I hid from people. Due to my shyness, I am not recommended to noisy homes, nor those with young children. I did well with the senior cat in my last home and MH staff would happily discuss cat to cat introductions. I do not have experience with dogs, but they would likely be too stressful for me.
